Stage One - Client Brief & Survey

We prefer to attend a free first meeting on site in order to ascertain the overall requirement of the client so that we can provide the most accurate quotation for our services.

At this meeting we take an initial brief which develops as we progress through the project.

We undertake a survey to prepare accurate site and floor plans, external elevations and sections as necessary for each project.

Stage Three - Planning

Following approval of the Feasibility Study we prepare and issue the appropriate planning application documents.

We advise on the best cause of action in order to ensure that you have the best chance of being granted approval for the development.  Unfortunatley, this is something we cannot guarantee.

We deal with new build, extensions, landscaping, lighting and signage.  Involving all types of buildings, listed buildings and conservation areas.

We have worked with most London Boroughs and others nationwide.

Stage Two - Feasibility Studies

During this stage we analise and assess the clients brief and site circumstances.

We then prepare sketch schemes in plans, elevation and detail form as necessary to explain the progression of our thoughts as we develop the brief.

We investigate the brief from the simpliest to the most extreme solution.  In doing this we hope to stretch the clients thoughts as to what is achievable.

If necessary we can provide visuals & 3-D modelling to help explain the scheme.

Stage Four - Contract Drawings & Site

We prepare all the necessary Contract Drawings, working with other Consultants such a Structural Engineer, Public Health Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Party Wall Surveyors and other necessary Specialist Consultants to prepare co-ordinated documents ready for Tendering, Building Control and Construction.

We prepare a Schedule of Works or work with a Quantity Surveyor to prepare a Bill of Quantities to enable the project to be tendered.

We provide a range of services for on site operations from Contract Administration to Project Management.
